DEVELOPMENT AND R&D MANAGER
Supervision of web and application activity within the agency: gathering the needs of prospects, studying specifications, writing technical proposals, monitoring projects and recurring services.

- Implementation of a quality approach and ensuring technological watch
- Check the cost of the project (scope, schedule, cost, communications, risks)
- Manage design projects until deployment
- Sprint management and supervise the progress of the project
- Monitoring of production, tests and acceptance.

- Follow the R&D program and participate in the production phase (PAWA ERP and KAWA RSE)
- Organize, coordinate and lead the project management team (Web / Mobile)
- Monitor the compliance of the implementation with the specifications
- Monitor compliance with deadlines, costs and quality
- Participate in the deployment of the application on the client server and re-test
- Ensure reporting
Participation and supervision of implementation of ISO 27001 (SMSI&SI)

- Analyser les besoins des utilisateurs (MOA, Analyste d’affaire, PO) afin de trouver les solutions les plus adaptées et suivre l’avancement du développement.
- Support aux Architectes Solution pour la conception technico-fonctionnelle du system
- Déclinaison des besoins des utilisateurs dans les dossiers de spécifications technico-fonctionnelles
- Supporter/former les programmeurs à la compréhension fonctionnelle des systèmes
- Prendre part à la réalisation des essais d’intégration
- Participer à l’évolution (efforts et coût de développement) des demandes de changement
- Fournir aux équipes de management les éléments de chiffrage, planning et avancement nécessaire
- Diagnostiquer et apporter des solutions à des problèmes de développement
- Répondre aux besoins en matière d’amélioration de systèmes
- Participer aux compagnes de tests unitaires, tests de vérification et tests de Robustesse/Performance des systèmes
- Produire la documentation utilisateur et technique requise et support à la mise en production du système
